I ordered from Lichi for the first time, so sizing was the main thing I was worried about. I’ve had enough online shopping misses to be cautious, but this one actually fit me really well.

I went by their size chart and chose my usual size, and the dress felt right as soon as I tried it on. It wasn’t tight in the wrong places or weirdly loose, and the length looked pretty much like it did in the photos.
Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. Since the sizing matched what I expected from the chart and there were no surprises, I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again...

I really liked the stuff here, super cute and the quality feels good. Just wish the prices were a bit lower becuase some things felt a little too expensive for what they are.

I ordered a dress from Lichi i was kind of surprised by how nice it was. The fabric feels good, not cheap or flimsy, and the stitching is really clean too. I’ve already worn it a couple of times and it still looks basically new, so... yeah, really happy with it. The sizing worked well for me too. I’d definitely order again.

The site itself is really cute and easy to browse... I didn’t have much trouble finding what I wanted, but a few pages did load slower than I expected. Checkout was straightforward though, so that part was fine.
My order confirmation took a little longer than I thought it would, and the tracking info wasn’t the clearest. The clothes ended up being cute, but I do wish there had been better sizing info and details before I bought them..

I’ve ordered twice now, and both times the delivery was easy to track and showed up when it said it would. No weird delays or anything like that, which I do appreciate. I guess I was just hoping the overall experience would feel a little better, so I’m a bit disappointed, but the shipping itself was reliable...

From what I remember seeing in the photos, the product looked similar when it arrived. The only thing that stood out to me was the fabric, I thought it was going to feel a little thicker based on the description, but it was thinner than I expected. The sizing info seemed about right though. Overall, it’s not bad, I just wish the details had matched a bit more accurately.

Lichi has really designs, honestly. Everything feels feminine but still modern, and nothing looks boring or basic. I love that the outfits feel a bit special without trying too hard. My only frustration is the waiting — it can feel like it takes forever, and I get impatient because I’m excited to wear the pieces...

I was a little annoyed about having to return it, but the process was easy enough and my refund came back quicker than I expected. Definitely made the whole thing less frustrating

My order showed up quickly, and for once there weren’t any issues. They even had my size in stock, which apparently is something to celebrate these days.

My order from lichi.com arrived looking really well packed. The box was clean, not dented or crushed, and everything inside was folded neatly. it felt like someone actually took their time with it, which I really appreciated.

I did have a small issue with the update along the way, and I’m still kind of expecting an apology for that, but the packaging itself was lovely. The little details were tidy and without being over the top, and it made opening the order feel a bit special.

They did get back to me eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. The person was helpful once they replied, which was nice, but wow, it felt like I was waiting forever. Overall it was okay — not terrible, actually kind of decent — I just wish the answers came a bit quicker
